Track Your Order
Follow your Curviery order from checkout to your door in three simple steps.
1. Check Your Email
As soon as your order ships, we send a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find it.
2. Track in Your Account
Log in to My Account, open Orders, and select your order to see its latest status and tracking details at any time.
3. Follow the Tracking
Open the tracking link to see live updates from the carrier: label created, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered.
Common Statuses
- Processing: your order is confirmed and being prepared.
- In transit: your parcel is moving through the carrier network.
- Out for delivery: your parcel arrives today.
- Delivered: your parcel has arrived. Allow a few hours before the status refreshes everywhere.
Something Wrong?
No movement for several days, a failed delivery, or a parcel marked delivered that never arrived? Contact Us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
